We are reopening!

 

EstheClinic is ready to welcome you with our usual highest level of service, hygiene and expertise.

Kindly note that as safety is our priority the company follows a strict hygiene protocol.

We are requiring employees and customers to mask up.
Temperature and visible symptoms checks will be conducted for both clients and staff.
Safe entry check-in and out for contact tracing purposes.
We are implementing safe distancing and contact-less check-ins.
Common areas and high-touch points such as laptops, door handles, phones and switchs are sanitised with hospital-grade disinfectant several times daily.
Treatment rooms, and all equipment are sanitised with hospital-grade desinfectant before and after every customer.

FAQ

When will you re-open?

We will re-open as soon as Hong Kong government allows us. The closure has been extended, so we hope to re-open again on Friday 28th of August 2020.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

I have purchased a course of treatments, what will happen to my treatments now?

Our clinic is only closed temporarily and your treatments will continue as normal once we reopen.

How will I know when the clinic reopens?

We will contact you by email or SMS, if you would like to opt-in please enter your email below.  In the meanwhile for the latest information visit our website and follow us on our social channels Facebook and Instagram.

We’ll never share your details with anyone else!

Will delaying my permanent hair removal appointments affect my results?

A delay in treatment will naturally delay the final results of treatment, however, you will still see good results. The results you have already achieved will not be reversed and once your treatment resumes you will continue to see further improvements. At EstheClinic, we continually review the results of treatment to ensure that your treatment plan delivers the best results and we will continue to do so.

I have a package for face or body treatments, how my results will be affected if I cannot have my treatment at the planned time as part of my treatment programme?

In the majority of cases a delay of 4 weeks won’t affect the outcome of your treatment. It will just take longer to achieve the final results.
